Cucumber discs and pipes, How to prepare super cooling cucumber discs and pipes at home

Today's recipe is cucumber disc's and pipe's sounds crazy right 😂. Yes I agree, I really did not understood how to name this recipe. This Monday theme in Foodies Monday Blog Hop group is "Get in Shape", so we have to submit any geometric shape recipes. I was in trip last week, came morning, only cucumber, carrot and pomegranate are their in fridge. I really d't want to miss this week theme so I decided to prepare this. Last month I suggested this recipe for" No cook" competition to one of my friend. So thought to prepare this for theme. This is very easy to prepare, we can serve it as starters or snacks. You will just love to have, it makes your stomach cool. This is must try recipe in this summer. Kids will love to have it because of its shape which we presented.

Salad which we prepare is spicy,  tasty, tangy and nutty. I used finely chopped cucumber pieces, grated carrot to make it healthy. Though adding fresh grated coconut is optional, it gives very taste to sald in every bite. Instead of amchur powder we can also add grated raw mango. Adding pomegranate seeds gives nutty taste to the salad. The full on combination gives good cooling effect to your body in this super hot summer.
