Chocolate Stuffed Ponganalu || paniyyaram, how to prepare chocolate stuffed appe with idli batter

Today's recipe is very yummy , crispy and chocolaty - Chocolate stuffed ponganalu / Apee / Paniyaram with idli batter . It is one of the easy snack prepared with idli batter or dosa batter or even with instant rava mix, i prefer idli batter as we will get very crispy appe/ponganalu and this crispy stay long time compared to dosa batter. It is the best evening snack for your kids after coming from school with chocolate milk. Best combination is chocolate stuffed appe with chocolate syrup  and glass of hot or cold chocolate milk surely they will love and enjoy it😍😋. Idli batter prepared with urad dal/  split skinned black gram and idli rava. For stuffing i used fresh coconut, finely chopped cashew nuts, badam, choco chips, chocolate powder and cocoa powder. Instead of oil use ghee which not only adds flavor, taste it is also healthy. Do not bother if you do not have choco chips, cocoa and chocolate powder, you can just add the chocolate syrup which we  can also get in small sachets or any use any chocolates like dairy milk.
