Sweet corn salad || corn salad || veggie sweet corn salad recipe with step by step pics and tips.  Sweet corn is one of the favorite to kids and almost everyone. Though i love sweet corn a lot did not got chance to cook it as it's not available in my place. We recently transferred to Chennai, now i can purchase many veggies which i missed these days😍.  Today's recipe is veggie sweet corn salad, it is sweet, spicy and tangy in taste. It is the best snack to your kids after coming from school, as it is loaded with lots of veggies and corn. Sweet corn boosts immunity system, improves bones strength and rich in vitamins & minerals. We can add veggies of our choice, today i added onion, tomato, cucumber and carrot with spices and little lemon juice. We can adjust the veggies and spices according to our taste.

Taking this healthy salad to #FoodieMondayBloghop fb group's  #212th theme #SaladStories . This week theme was suggested by Narmadha she blogs at "Namscorner".  She is very talented chef who loves to record her tried and tasted recipes just like me :) . Check out her space for tasty veg and non vegetarian recipes from different regions, i loved her baking collection they are very yummy and have to learn recipes from that collection. For this week she wanted us to prepare any salads where we can include kosambari, sundal recipes.
