Pomegranate Raita, Anar ka Raita ,How to make Pomegranate Raita

Pomegranate Raita is sweet, spicy and fruity raita prepared using fresh curd, pomegranate arils and some spices which adds good taste to the Raita. I love this pomegranate raita because of its sweet, spicy and and fruity taste and it easy to prepare.
Do check this recipe in my youtube channel..

Using fresh thick curd is preferred. Adding onion to the raita gives good crunchy taste to it. If you are planning to prepare this Raita on vrats then skip adding onions. Peas Pulao is one pot, flavourful rice prepared using fresh peas or frozen peas. Green Peas in English is also known as pachabattani in telugu, battani in Kannada, pattani in Tamil and matar in Hindi. We can prepare this pulao quickly as because no need of  chopping veggies. For  this pulao we use onions which are fried in ghee along with spices. You can serve this peas pulao with any yogurt raita's, veg kurma or panner curries like  paneer butter masalaKadai Paneer , khova paneer or  Kaju Curry   as accompaniment. I had this peas pulao with Pomegranate raita

I prepared this pulao in Kadai, we can also prepare it in pressure cooker or electronic cooker. Generally we use long grain basmathi rice to prepare this pulao. We can also use normal rice too.
