We can prepare mor kali using rice flour or rice batter which is prepared by soaking rice for 2 hours and then grinding it to fine paste. Today i am using rice flour to prepare this mor kali, it tasted very yummy. Do try it once, surely you will love it. You can have it as it or with any pickle, chutney or with any podi. Today i had this mor kali with grated mango pickle. Check out some podi and chutney recipes from my blog..
2) Take rice flour in a bowl, add whisked curd little by little and mix it well without any lumps. At last add remaining buttermilk and mix well.
9) Now transfer the above to previously greased plate /bowl and spread it equally. You can serve as it is or you can serve by cutting it into pieces.
Take mor kali pieces out carefully, that's it our Mor Kali is ready to serve. Serve it with any pickle, podi or chutney and enjoy your day.

Very nicely explained and simple to follow too. Loved the glossy texture of the mor kali which is the perfect yardstick to say that the batter is well cooked. :-)
