Onion tomato chutney || ullipaya tomato pachadi is one of the favorite chutney recipe in tons of varieties of chutney's. And it taste different in different house, though the ingredients used in it looks common, but cooking methods and tastes vary. Today I am sharing the recipe which I regularly prepare at my home. We Indians mainly South Indians need podi and chutney's for breakfast, for lunch and for dinner 😍. Are you thinking when you d't want it 😉, frankly we(I) want both podi or chutney in my plate all time. This onion tomato taste spicy and very taste, you can have it with breakfast like any variety idli, dosa, upma etc.. and also taste yummy with rice. This chutney texture will be coarse not too smooth. You can grind it in motar pestle or in mixer jar.
Andhra is famous for roti pachadi (chutney that is prepared using motar & pestle), we prepare many varieties of instant chutney's. Do check out other popular chutney recipes by just clicking the below link..
