In this pandemic condition we all need to stay strong with good immunity power. We have many ingredients which are easily available in our kitchen & garden,with which we can stay strong. Just we have to know how to add it in our diet. Tulsi leaves are one which is easily available almost in every home, having tulsi leaves regularly will cures infections like flu, cold and boosts immunity system. This tea tastes bitter, grassy and strong, i added honey in it. You can add jaggery, brown sugar or sugar according to your taste. But i do not prefer adding those, if you are planning it have to for weight loss then add only honey. Do check tips for more useful information.
In the same way cloves,cinnamon & pepper corns works effectively against bacterial infection. Lemon & ginger also good to increase our immune system, today i am talking about immune system so not sharing other health benefits. Honey is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-virus which helps in reducing weight when consumed it empty stomach with hot water. Coming to green tea -it builds metabolism, it burns extra fat, it is full of anti oxidants, by having it regularly we can reduce weight, yes we need also to proper work outs for good result :) . Do not boil green tea for long time, boil 1 or 2 minutes not longer than that. Finally adding elachi gives good flavor to tea, d't skip it. I am not tea or coffee liking one, but green tea is one of my favorite. How to overcome this pandemic situation?? my personal opinion is - Not go out when we do not have work, wear mask and carry sanitizer always, and take proper food that increase your immunity system. Ginger & Lemon Green Tea
Preparation time - 10 minutes

Ingredients
Green tea - 1 tsp
ginger - 1 tsp(chopped) / 1 inch
lemon juice - 2 tsp
honey - 3 tsp
tulsi leaves - 10
black pepper corns - 5
elachi - 1
cloves - 2
cinnamon stick - 1/4 inch
1) Take mortar & pestle add elachi, pepper corn crush it well.(do not add cinnamon stick and clove)
2) Now add ginger pieces and crush it well, keep that paste aside.
3) Add 1 & 1/2 glasses of water in a vessel, add above crushed ginger, elachi & corn paste. Mix everything well, also add cinnamon stick, cloves and tulsi leaves.(crush or chop tulsi leaves and then add)
4) Let the above well on low to medium flames till you get nice aroma. Then add green tea and boil for 1 minute not more than that.
5) You can nice color change ..
That's it our ginger & lemon green tea is ready to serve. Serve hot and stay healthy :)
Tips
1) Do not crush cloves , it will make your tea strong and bitter.
2) Add lemon juice in less quantity, as it will make your tea taste sour.
3) Adjust all ingredients according to quantity you prepare. Measurements i shared is perfect for 2 glasses which i showed in pic, so plan accordingly.
4) Consume it in less quantity and hot to get more benefits. Having this tea in more quantity will leads to stomach burning.
5) Having green tea itself is not enough for weight loss, you have to follow good workouts too.
